I would certainly recommend Ascii Software. They clearly know their stuff when it comes to chatroom development and also know a lot about security issues - which is clearly important with any business going onto the web. I also found them very friendly and they will bend over backwards to sort out any problems that a site may encounter. My site is a chatroom for psychics and people with spiritual ideas to share.
